34904_lWe are a little busy today and no one really wants to go outside today.

So we decided to make an old fashion Ploughman’s lunch.

This traditional platter features crusty ciabatta bread, cheese, ham, pickled onions, tomato chutney and red peppers.

What you need:

  • 300g Bake At Home ciabatta
  • 200g sliced leg ham
  • 100g cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 150g cocktail onions
  • 1/2 cup Baxters Tomato Chutney with Red Peppers
  • 12 gherkins


  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 180C or 160C fan-forced. Cook ciabatta according to packet directions.

  2. Step 2

    Arrange remaining ingredients on a platter. Tear off hunks or slice ciabatta and serve with platter.
